With the approaching of Industry 4.0, the core lies in keeping improving enterprise innovation and system efficiency in the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing. Zowee has set up two manufacturing-based industrial parks respectively in Shenzhen and Tianjin, persisting in manufacturing refined and outstanding and devoted in providing one-stop manufacturing solutions for customers and continuing to search for an intelligent manufacturing innovation and upgrading line peculiar to Zowee.
From the initial semi-automatic and semi-manual, to special automation, till now, Zowee has accumulated many years of experience, developed and equipped fully automatic production lines for a series of products, realized automatic feeding, welding, dispensing, assembly, ultrasound, testing, packaging and many other procedures in the whole process of automation production, and improved production efficiency gradually by replacing manual work with robots.
In 2015, Zowee started to develop the third generation of seven-axis LV servo motor control system, and the self-established standard electronic control platform has integrated PLC, switch power source, motion control, driving control and multi-line I/O control, thus having improved equipment reusability, realized fast development of automation equipment, improved equipment reliability and saved commissioning time and comprehensive costs. The new electronic control platform will be used to research and develop Zowee four-axis and six-axis robots with proprietary intellectual property rights, which has solved the large demands on robots of flexible manpower line and unmanned line in factories.
Combining with the manufacturing technologies accumulated in more than 10 years, Zowee has realized machine separation and modularization of multi-common technology, thus reducing procedures and links and improving manufacturing flexibility. Meanwhile, Zowee has started to develop automatic manufacturing systems in the process of production design, and quickly transformed customer demands to automatic manufacturing solutions to meet the demands of fast quantity growth of new consumer electronic products in Internet mode. Therefore, compared with the commercial automation equipment in the market, the automatic system of Zowee has obvious technical integration advantages and application scenarios.
While developing automation, Zowee is also accelerating the development of information systems. Till now, the self-developed MES manufacturing ｅｘｅｃution system has been combined with IE lean manufacturing, introduced with the JIT feeding mode, reduced by relevant intermediate links of material delivery, combined with local automatic production lines and completely assumed the data transmission chain between production information and automation equipment, laying solid foundation for intelligent upgrading of intelligent factories.
